For all school staff, there is a commitment from us to invest.  As well as the Growing Great People programme, consistent with all other CAT schools, we also offer a bespoke CPD offer for each member of staff, relevant to their job role and stage of experience.

School staff refer to their colleagues as their work family.  We work hard and we laugh lots.
