At Willow Tree Primary School every child's journey matters. As a vibrant one-form entry school serving the Watford community, we are committed to nurturing young minds and fostering a genuine love of learning in every pupil who walks through our doors.
At Willow Tree, we live by three simple but powerful rules: be kind, be respectful, work hard. These values shape everything we do and help us create a school where everyone can thrive. Our motto, “Together we grow, individually we shine,” captures our belief that while we achieve great things as a team, each child and member of staff should also be supported to develop their independence, confidence, and unique strengths.
We are committed to nurturing the whole child, not just focusing on academic success but also developing character, creativity, and resilience. Independence is an important part of this journey — we encourage children to think for themselves, make good choices, and become conscientious learners. Equally, we value the independence of our staff, trusting each person to bring their own ideas, talents, and expertise while also sharing and collaborating for the good of the children in our school.
High expectations run through everything we do. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to provide enriching opportunities that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of learning.
