The staff at Willow Park work hard to provide the best possible care and education for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.
All our children are unique individuals. We nurture their individuality through a personalised approach to their development.
Our work is underpinned by relational practice which helps to develop unique relationships with each child based on a caring environment, genuine compassion for the children based on meaningful relationships with each other and the staff.
We base our approach on providing wraparound care to create a safe and nurturing space. We have a holistic approach to our children and aim to grow their self-esteem. We work hard to ensure that they are happy and healthy during their time in school. This is achieved through a broad and balanced curriculum to improve children’s life skills, social and emotional development and academic achievement.
We work hard to prepare our children for further education, training or employment. We aim to provide them with the skills they need to be active and responsible adults who can contribute positively to society.
We believe in working in partnership with our families to do all we can to build children’s confidence, enable everyone to reach their full potential and achieve personal success.
Our values of
Respect, Acceptance, Tolerance, Kindness, Learning and Achievement sit at the heart of all our work.
