About William Morris Primary School

Headteacher's Welcome
Welcome to our school!

Our school opened in 2019 and is on an exciting journey, expanding to become a two-form entry primary school, in the beautiful growing Tadpole Garden Village.

William Morris Primary School is a friendly, happy place where children are known and cared for. Teachers and pupils treat each other with respect and kindness, which allows children to be challenged, helping them to persevere and achieve their potential.

Our curriculum is creative and enables children to explore in different ways – using hands on experiences and interesting stimuli. We believe in innovative teaching that engages pupils’ interests and inspires a love of learning. Our Life Skills Curriculum ensures children are taught personal development and become all rounded citizens.

The new school building is spacious and purpose built, including a large hall, DT room and library area. All of our classrooms are bright and vibrant, installed with new equipment and resources, and have direct access to outdoor learning areas. Our school site also incorporates an attractive field and pond area which will be utilised for learning, PE and sports.

William Morris staff are a happy team and very supportive of one another, working hard to give the best education possible to the children.

Our school collaborates together with our PTA, Local Governing Body and the community of Tadpole Garden Village to develop a strong team to work together to develop our school over the coming years.

Please give the office a call if you are interesting in coming to visit our lovely school.

 Mrs J Fraser
