About Upton Heath CofE Primary School

A very warm welcome to Upton Heath Church of England Primary School.

We are a friendly and inclusive primary school in Upton, Chester, providing a high-quality education that fosters a sense of community, celebrates diversity and that is underpinned by the Christian values of Compassion, Courage and Responsibility.

We are proud of our exciting and innovative curriculum that helps children to make meaningful, lasting connections between subjects and prepares them for success in a rapidly changing world.

As the largest primary school in our locality and with recently refurbished facilities, we are able to provide children with a huge range of activities from outdoor learning to 3D printing and brass bands to sports coaching, making full use of our dedicated STEM room, arts studio, mini-woods and extensive school grounds, to enhance teaching and enthuse learning.

As a church school, our Christian vision and values create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that places the highest importance on children’s happiness and wellbeing, providing a supportive environment where your child can thrive, make new friendships and take part in a variety of captivating learning experiences that aim to inspire a lifelong love of learning.
