Our Vision
All children deserve an excellent education and fond memories of their primary school experience for the rest of their lives. They only get one chance at primary school so we are passionate about making it count.
At Thurlby Community Primary Academy, the staff, governors, parents, PTFA, volunteers and our children work as a team to create a great learning environment that stimulates young minds, encourages them to work hard and celebrates unique talents and successes. We are proud of our school which is at the heart of the local community and warmly welcome you to join us in this partnership.
We strongly believe in fostering children’s curiosity to create a lifelong love of learning. Through a broad, balanced and exciting curriculum, we promote creativity and provide a wealth of opportunities for our young people. We have high expectations, at all times, of both children's learning and behaviour to ensure they can achieve their individual potential whilst developing respect and consideration for others and enabling them to have a positive impact on society.
