I am delighted to introduce our School to you.

Our school aims to play a full and active role in the local community. We value all our children and their families and aim to keep parents/carers well informed about their children and the school's activities. We welcome and encourage parents/carers to be involved in the life of the school.

We treat all children as individuals and provide a safe and happy environment for them to work in. We deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that gives children the opportunity to use and increase their skills and talents as they progress through the school and in later life.

At Thornhill we operate an 'open door policy' and are very pleased to be a partner with parents and children in their education. We hope that their journey will be a happy and successful one from Foundation Stage to Year 6.
