Welcome to Thongsley!
We are always looking for talented individuals to join us - whether volunteering or as part of our staff team. Thongsley Fields is a family; a community of people who care for one another and take a collective responsibility for our school despite any challenges that life throws our way. In return, we expect everyone who works or volunteers with us to uphold high standards of personal and professional conduct and 100% commitment to the children in our care.
We aim to serve our community by providing a full and rounded education of the highest quality. With the support of The Cam Academy Trust, we have our sights firmly set on excellence, pushing boundaries and giving all of our children the very best possible life experiences. We expect all of our children to work hard and to make the most of their time with us. We help them to develop the self-discipline, sense of responsibility and respect for others that they will need to grow as caring, successful members of society. We expect high standards of work and behaviour and promote an active involvement in school life.
We are able to provide a transformational working environment, investment in people, excellent resources and a fantastic school site. There is the scope to be creative and innovative and a commitment to a high level of professional development. Our location is also great for transport links!
