Part of the recently formed Sixth Form Colleges Trust, and situated in the heart of this historic city, The Sixth Form College, Colchester is an Ofsted Outstanding, diverse, international, and multi-cultural community with a positive and vibrant ethos and atmosphere.
As a large and innovative college, we are committed to enhancing the individual skills and knowledge of our staff, placing a great deal of emphasis on professional and career development, training, and support.
Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to our ethos of providing a high quality, broadly based educational experience to 16 - 19-year-old students along with the skills, opportunities and guidance needed to progress and transition to the adult world.
