About The Deanes
The Deanes is a small secondary school in Thundersley with a local reputation for being family orientated and aspirational with our students.
Our focus is to ensure that the teaching and learning agenda is put at the centre of all we do. We expect staff to deliver high quality lessons which challenge, engage and inspire students of all abilities. Our relentless focus on pupil progress ensures, not just exam success, but also that individual students develop self-esteem and confidence through hard work and dedication to their studies.
Our vision is set out in our 6 Promises.
We are part of The South East Essex Academy Trust (SEEAT), a group of seven local schools. As a Trust we aim to develop a vibrant partnership of primary and secondary schools, all united in one goal to provide the best possible learning experience and environment.
We have a strong record of working collaboratively with schools across all phases and we have seen the benefits of this approach to all those involved. We believe that all the schools in the MAT have become significantly stronger since working together as part of SEEAT.

Our busy Sports Centre is looking to recruit a Duty Manager to support the day to day running of the centre during it's opening hours of 3pm - 10pm (Monday-Friday) and 8am- 6pm at weekends.

- £11.44 Hourly
