The Academy of Central Bedfordshire

Whilst we offer some similar experiences, there are a range of differences that enable students to follow a curriculum that suits their needs and interests whilst preparing them for post 16 education, employment or training.

Our classes are small, typically no more than 6 students and support is often available from Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Support Workers where appropriate.

Most students will follow the same curriculum offer but this may change depending upon need. Each student is assessed upon entry and the appropriate learning pathway identified from the outset and reviewed to ensure that progress is tracked and provision changed if necessary.
