About Tedburn St Mary School

Welcome to Tedburn St Mary Primary School’s careers page – we hope you enjoy reading and finding out about us! There is much information here about us and what we do, both in and out of the classroom. Our school is an integral part of the community, maintaining very close links with the village. Tedburn St Mary is part of the Link Academy, and has strong links with all our academy schools across Devon. 

We pride ourselves on being a warm, close-knit school with high educational expectations and standards. This means we appreciate the varying needs and strengths of all our pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.

We have a good-size playing field for sports and games, a large playground and a garden, which are utilised throughout the day and for our after school clubs. We also regularly go on trips, which are used to enhance the curriculum, including residential activities for our Year 4/5/6 pupils.

At Tedburn St Mary we are committed to providing every pupil with the best possible educational experience within a safe, nurturing environment. Developing, encouraging and motivating children is at the heart of all we do to ensure our pupils become confident and successful lifelong learners.
