About Strand Primary Academy

Strand was recognised as a good school in our most recent Ofsted inspection, which judged the School to be Good with Outstanding Leadership and Management. This huge success reflects the deserved recognition of all the hard work and determination shown by our dedicated staff and wonderful children and parents. This year, we are continuing to develop our curriculum so that our children have the knowledge and skills to be lifelong learners and achieve the best possible outcomes. Our core curriculum elements will enable the children to become presenters, researchers, community & cultural ambassadors, global guardians and technical trailblazers. Reading and encouraging the love of books remains a priority for our school. We love sharing our successes and we hope to see you at one of our many events to celebrate learning and the fantastic achievements of our amazing children.
