Welcome to Stanburn Primary School.
I am very proud to be Stanburn's Headteacher and am committed to providing an outstanding education that inspires and empowers every child to reach their fullest potential. Our vision for the school is to ensure that each pupil receives not only an excellent academic foundation but also the skills and values to thrive as confident, well-rounded individuals ready to contribute positively to the world around them.
Our school culture is built on values-led leadership, with a systematic approach to ensuring that every child is provided with opportunities to excel. I am also passionate about supporting and developing our staff, as I believe that a happy, motivated team is key to delivering the best possible experience for our pupils.
Our staff work exceptionally hard because they believe in our vision; however, they also feel well supported in their roles and valued for their contributions. In a recent staff survey (2026), 94% of staff reported that they feel supported by the leadership team.
