We have a dedicated Pastoral Team who support staff and children's well-being needs. Children are supported  through  a wide range of interventions, well-being strategies and sports clubs and activities..  

Professional development is planned, organised and reflects the needs of the school. Staff are encouraged to develop professionally and bespoke training is identified with them through Performance Management procedures.
