We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational Maths Teacher to join our STRIVE Alternative Provision team.

This role is ideal for a teacher who believes in the power of relationships, consistency and high expectations to transform outcomes for young people. Within STRIVE, you will teach small groups of students who may find mainstream education challenging due to behavioural, social or emotional needs.

As a key member of the Inclusion team, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible Mathematics lessons tailored to the needs of small groups
  • Support students in rebuilding confidence in their learning
  • Help students re-engage with education and achieve positive outcomes
  • Work closely with a skilled team of pastoral and inclusion staff to support each student’s progress
  • Contribute to the wider development of our Alternative Provision
