On behalf of the pupils, staff and governors, I offer you a warm welcome to St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School; we are inspired by the teachings of Christ, and our children are at the heart of all that we do. We are committed to creating a community where every member feels a strong sense of belonging – we are the Family of St Joseph’s.
Our Mission Statement: ‘Live, love and learn in a caring Christian community’ underpins everything we do, and we pride ourselves on the care that we offer our children and their families. St Joseph’s is a happy school; our children are polite, friendly and have a strong sense of justice, and their well-being is of paramount importance.
We provide our children with a rich and varied curriculum that inspires and motivates them as we aim to foster a life-long love of learning. The children grow in resilience and perseverance, and they are challenged to be the best version of themselves that they can be. Our team of teachers and support staff recognise and value the children’s efforts and are proud of every achievement that our children make.
With every good wish,
Ann Cassidy-Jones
Interim Headteacher
