We provide a first-rate induction and continuous CPD programme for all staff, so that nobody is left to ‘find their way’ in our school. It is a bespoke programme so that you can focus solely on your teaching or support role when you get here.  

Our systems are centralised so any behaviour issues are picked up by the Senior and Pastoral Team, detentions are not left to departments to organise or run and planning is done as a team to lighten the load. Marking is kept to a minimum and staff well- being is prioritised. We have an excellent Employee Assistance Programme giving access to advice and support, including counselling and our weekly staff breakfast is the beating heart for our staff community.
