About St Bernard's School
St Bernard's is a specialist school provision in the market town of Louth, Lincolnshire.
We support students aged 2 to 19 with a rang of needs, all of whom have an Education Health Care Plan. The needs of our students ranges across learning difficulties, autism, communication difficulties, complex health issues, sensory processing difficulties, physical disabilities (profound and multiple), sensory impairment and social, emotional & mental health needs.
At St Bernard's we have different pathway approaches across all Key Stages with a focus on an individualised and personalised curriculum.
At all stages we support a flexible approach as we are very aware that students needs change, not only over long periods of time but also over shorter times too. We encourage our students to mix where appropriate so that they are continually building on their experiences.
