St. Aidan’s CE High School, situated overlooking ‘The Stray’ in Harrogate is a large secondary school serving over 1,900 pupils aged 11 – 18.  The school enjoys a national reputation for its music, for achievement in Science and a variety of other areas, frequently being placed in the top few schools in the country for academic performance.  St. Aidan’s is a school that is proud of the achievement of all of its pupils, not just the most academically able and great emphasis is placed on the needs of every child.  A huge, high quality and diverse range of extra-curricular activities on offer exemplifies the commitment to education in its broadest sense.  The staff team is enormously experienced, talented and includes many with considerable reputations in their field.
