Springfield Academy, Bulwell

At Springfield Academy we take pride in being a friendly, welcoming school at the heart of the Bulwell community that always goes that extra mile to give our children the very best experiences that we can.

Our aim is to give every child the opportunity to experience an excellent education. We know a strong curriculum, engineered to inspire academic rigour and a supportive environment, enhanced with enrichment activities, open doors. 

At Springfield Academy we are guided by six key values, selected after much discussion by pupils, staff, parents and governors together.  These values are at the heart of everything we do as a school.

Springfield History 

Springfield Primary School joined Djanogly Learning Trust to become Springfield Academy on 1st June 2017. During academisation, the original school had been through a process of renovation and a whole school move to a full purpose-built site. The date marks the opening of the academy and the building itself.
