Southery Academy is a primary academy near Downham Market, Norfolk and is part of Eastern Multi-Academy Trust.

Collaboration is at the heart of Southery Academy, working closely with Emneth Academy "Supporting Each Other, Achieving Together".

Our ethos is to foster a sense of community and encourage pupils to work together to achieve common goals.  Whether collaborating on group projects, engaging in class discussions or debating ideas, our children learn the value of teamwork and the power of shared learning.

Our village campus has been modernised and extended over the years in order to provide excellent facilities to deliver our curriculum. We actively promote the 'three Cs' of Care, Consideration and Courtesy and aim to create a ‘family’ atmosphere in which we learn to know and care for each other. 

The caring and happy environment we create enables children to fulfil their potential and grow in self-confidence. All children leave our academy well-prepared for the next stage in their educational journey. We are committed to the partnership in education between home and academy.
