Finance Assistant (Billing and Purchase Ledger)

We are seeking to appoint Finance Assistant (Billing and Purchase Ledger) to deal with all aspects of maintaining the billing ledger.  The successful candidate will have previous general accountancy/purchase ledger experience and be responsible for issuing termly fee invoices.  They will be an organised person with the ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy.

This is a customer facing role, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills.  They will provide support to the Finance Manager with a variety  of tasks such as debt management and the administration of bursary and scholarship awards. The Finance Assistant will work as part of the Bursary Team and be willing to provide support to the team as required.  

This is a full-time, full year role.  The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch, although part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
