Serenity School Old Palace Croydon is looking to appoint an experienced and passionate Assistant Headteacher – Teaching, Learning & Assessment to work as part of our supportive and collaborative leadership team.

Working closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and teaching staff, the successful candidate will support the development of outstanding classroom practice, robust assessment systems and high-impact professional development, ensuring the best possible outcomes for pupils.
