Scawby Academy is a small primary school with just over 200 pupils on roll, set in extensive and beautiful grounds in the village of Scawby. We are committed to providing the best possible education for every child. Our school has a very positive ethos, where excellence and enjoyment within learning is highly promoted. 

 We have excellent facilities available to our pupils, parents and the wider school community. 

 We received our latest report from OFSTED, following the inspection of our school, in September 2018. The inspection judges our school to continue to be good overall. 

 We are a hard-working school which simply wants the best for our pupils. All staff are committed to ensuring we provide a good education in comfortable surroundings that enable us to bring out the best in our pupils. With support from parents and, of course, hard work from the children themselves, we are able to meet expectations and provide a good quality learning environment which children and their parents can be proud of.

We are TEAM Scawby. Together Everyone Achieves More. Our school is situated in a beautiful area of Northern Lincolnshire in a small village on the outskirts of Scunthorpe.

To this end, we ensure that our pupils have a multitude of different experiences in addition to the National Curriculum in order to shape them into confident, resilient and empathetic individuals who have an understanding of the diverse world they live in so that they can be the best version of themselves in their future.
