About Sandy Secondary School
Sandy Secondary School is a vibrant and exciting school. We aim, quite simply, to become outstanding in all that we do. We are able to offer an exciting range of courses to meet the needs of the students. Our school is committed to continuously improving and becoming outstanding in all that it does.
This is a really exciting period for us as we are the MOST improved school in the country in 2014 and are one of the 100 top achieving schools in the country.
Our GCSE results for 2015 are impressive - 82% of our students achieved at least 5 GCSE's A* - C including English & Maths, 99% of students achieving a pass at A Level. The achievement of all students is significantly higher than the national average, demonstrating that students have received outstanding support in achieving their targets.
