It is my pleasure, on behalf of the staff, governors and pupils to welcome you to Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School. We are a Catholic primary school that has been established in Tyne Dock since 1889. The present school was built in the late 1960’s. Parents who do send their child to a Catholic school do so because they desire for the children to have not only a good secular education, but also a meaningful, spiritual and moral education. We aim to provide a safe, happy, caring and responsible community, in which your child can learn, enjoy and be valued as a unique individual. We aim to nurture their varying gifts and skills while providing the high-quality education necessary to prepare them for all experiences that life will offer them. We are extremely proud of our pupils at Ss Peter and Paul who are supported in their learning by dedicated staff, working in partnership with the Parish and parents.
