About Rothesay Nursery School

Rothesay is a local authority maintained nursery school. The school is on a hill in the centre of Luton, within walking distance from the main shopping centre, buses and trains. The building consists of two large old houses, which have been converted and adapted over the years, giving the school a character of its own. There is a library, a music room, a group room for drama and games, a multi-sensory room, a soft play room, resource rooms and parents' rooms, in addition to the classrooms.

The school is surrounded by an acre of grounds on three different levels and the outdoor area provides our children with a wealth of learning opportunities.

Rothesay Nursery is rated as a 'Good' by Ofsted. Our inclusive, child centred approach provides the best learning foundations for our children.
