Our HR team is growing, and we are
looking for a Learning and Development Advisor ready to play a central role in
identifying workforce training and development needs and delivering
high-quality content that builds a skilled, confident and inclusive workforce
across the College.
Bringing a proven track record
in Learning and Development you will design, deliver and evaluate engaging
induction and learning programmes, coordinate training activity and recording,
and manage our e-learning platform.
As part of our professional and friendly
team you will work collaboratively with managers and colleagues, and ensure learning
interventions for our workforce are accessible, aligned with organisational
priorities and make a measurable difference. This post is subject to an
Enhanced DBS (Child) check.
