At River Learning Trust (RLT), we believe that excellent education starts with an empowered and supported workforce. We are looking for a strategic HR Director to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive our "People First" strategy across our flourishing multi-academy Trust.

This role is initially offered on a full time basis of 37 hours per week with flexible working options considered to a minimum of 30 per week. This role can either be term time plus some holiday working or all year round.
