Richard Taylor School is a thriving, happy and caring community. The school was first established in 1785 and moved to the current site in 1973 where it has grown and flourished ever since.
Led by our Headteachers, Mr Andrew Symonds and Mrs Emma Crisell, our pupils care about their school and are encouraged to play an active role in the life of our community. We have an energetic school council and environmental ambassadors’ group as well as wonderful ambassadors for sport, science and Fair Trade.
