As a leader, and previously as an education consultant and inspector I have been in a very privileged position to lead and support educational development over the past 29 years and have seen thousands of pupils aspire to and reach the highest goals. I am passionate about teaching and learning and have extremely high expectations. I strongly believe that every child should feel safe, valued and cared for. They should experience success on a daily basis and gain the necessary skills for future life.  

As Headteacher, I encourage the children to aim high and have the determination to success. Our motto is ‘inspire to achieve’ and this underpins all that we do.  

Our trust values of thinking big, doing the right thing and showing team spirit are at the heart of everything we do.  They are exemplified in our academy values and vison and are shared by the whole school community.

We are committed to the safeguarding of our pupils and the safety and well being of our children remains our highest priority. We have a structured approach to safeguarding through our dedicated safeguarding team led by our Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Our flexible learning spaces both indoors and outside enhance our offer for children with a swimming pool, forest school, a well-being hub as well as a Tiny Twos room and provision for ‘thirty hour’ nursery.
