Recruiting into Schools & Education (RISE) is a service provision available to schools throughout Milton Keynes looking to recruit experienced, newly qualified and suitable teaching staff into exceptional schools within the area.  Rooted in practical and operational delivery of education to pupils, RISE is able to offer expert support and guidance to potential candidates into employment opportunities throughout Milton Keynes across all phases of post 19 education (EYFS, Primary & Secondary).

We provide individual candidates the opportunity to apply directly for current vacancies as well as registering with our talent pool and being contacted by RISE as soon as a potentially suitable vacancy becomes available.

Our dedicated team will provide information on low cost, accessible training opportunities for candidates who may wish to brush up on their skills and become an even more attractive candidate to future employers.  We are also able to provide accommodation to those wishing to move into the area to commence or further their teaching careers in Milton Keynes (*subject to terms and conditions)

Service Description

Our unique and ethical service aims to provide the best recruitment opportunities for candidates wishing to work in Milton Keynes.  With registered partners across the secondary and primary education sector as well as endorsement by the Local Authority, we are able to provide bespoke support to individuals to improve their employability as well as share vacancies of potential interest as soon as they become available.

Our talent pool enables you to register your interest in specific phases and vacancies as and when they arise.
