RAF Benson Community Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive school situated at the heart of the RAF Benson base in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Serving children aged 4 to 11 from both service and civilian families, the school is proud of its strong community spirit and supportive ethos.
Led by Headteacher Mrs Steph Fawdry and a dedicated team of staff, the school places equal importance on academic excellence and personal development. Its broad and engaging curriculum is designed to nurture curiosity, build resilience, and encourage children to become confident, independent learners.
As a school with close links to the armed forces, RAF Benson Community Primary has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Service families. Pastoral care is at the heart of its approach, ensuring that pupils feel secure, valued, and supported—particularly during times of transition or parental deployment.

With its welcoming environment and commitment to every child’s success, RAF Benson Community Primary School is a place where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
