Priory School is one of the first special academies in England dedicated to the education of young people with complex moderate learning difficulties. There are 199 young people at the school between the ages of 5 to 18 years. Priory is the only special academy in West Suffolk for young people with complex moderate learning difficulties with residential provision for some students.

Priory School is a state funded academy.

We are a caring community which enables our young people to make the best use of their many talents. Every child has individual special needs and these are addressed through the specialist guidance of our staff and the hard work of our young people.
