About Petteril Bank School
Welcome to Petteril Bank School. We are a small primary school on the edge of Carlisle and we aim to place learning at the heart of everything we do so as to cultivate successful learners who develop the skills to lead fulfilling lives and play a full part in society.
It is important to us that students are aware of the importance of community, and we provide many opportunities to develop this understanding not only through work in our local community but from also being part of a bigger family of schools as part of Cumbria Education Trust.
Our journey as a school has emphasised the importance of setting high expectations and levels of challenge for all and we are proud of the support we offer everyone. It is important to us that we are seen as a nurturing school where every child is valued and their unique and special gifts are celebrated. Underpinning this is the importance of our 3 keys values, Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
