Park Hall's core
purpose is ‘the pursuit of excellence - in all that we do and all that we aim
to achieve’; we work hard to encourage students to be the best that they can
be, whether that is in academic studies, sport, music, arts and beyond.
We have a commitment to ensuring that all
our young people benefit from everything the school has to offer. In addition
to our strong culture, we are committed to providing a personalised learning
experience through a curriculum – inside and outside of the classroom – that is
both broad, balanced and well sequenced so that it allows students to know more
and do more.
We also have high standards for students
regarding attendance, punctuality, attitudes to learning and their willingness
to take an active role in school life. Our staff body is a dedicated team of
professionals, all of whom play their part to ensure students are happy, safe
and successful. Our approach to discipline is based upon traditional values of
hard work, self-discipline and respect. Alongside this we provide an excellent
standard of pastoral care to ensure that students are well looked after and
cared for.
The success of Park Hall Academy is based
on the excellent relationships that are evident between the school, the
students, and their parents or carers enabling the very best in educational
opportunities to meet the needs of the students as they move either into Higher
Education or employment, as well as contributing to the qualities that allow
them to make significant contributions to society upon leaving school.
