Oxfordshire Teaching School (OTSA/OTSH), which is part of the River Learning Trust, has been delivering professional development for teachers, support staff and governors in Oxfordshire for the past decade. We work with over 300 schools and organisations in Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. We provide Initial Teacher Training, Early Career Teacher Induction, and Professional Development involving thousands of people each year.
