At Over, we pride ourselves on the strong relationships that we build with families in order to provide children with the best start in their educational journey. 

Our children are absolutely wonderful!  Everyone who visits our school comments on how kind, caring, confident and articulate they are.  Due to the small-sized nature of our school, children build very positive relationships across the school and build life-long friendships.  Our children certainly demonstrate our school values of academic excellence, ourselves and each other and our environment in everything they do.

As a highly dedicated team, we are fully committed to providing your child with an excellent education.  We have high expectations of pupils and see the potential in every child.  Through the delivery of a rich and ambitious curriculum, we ensure that pupils are very well-prepared for the demands of the secondary school curriculum and develop the subject and disciplinary knowledge needed for success in the future.  Alongside this, we support children’s personal development and offer a range of opportunities to ensure they feel happy and fulfilled.

We have excellent facilities at our school, including two playgrounds, a large playing field, a forest area, gardening areas and a swimming pool!  We offer a range of clubs and enrichment opportunities throughout the year, including activities such as art club, cooking, sports clubs, pottery club and even triathlon.  We are also very fortunate to have a fantastic Parent Teacher Association (PTA) called Friends of Over Primary Schools (FOPS) who work hard to raise funds for our school.
