At Ormiston Herman Academy we believe in creating a safe, happy and healthy environment where children can feel positive about themselves and the academy.

Ormiston Herman Academy is a community school for children in the 3-11 age range. We have an admission limit of 54 and a maximum of 400 children on roll. The academy is part of Ormiston Academies Trust, a multi-academy trust with a family of academies across the whole of England.

We are committed to providing teaching and learning experiences that are enjoyable, challenging and relevant to the needs of all our children.

Be inclusive – if you’ve done something or created something others would benefit from seeing or having, you should share it. We know our schools keep getting better when we all share what is best.

At Ormiston Herman Academy, we believe passionately that every child has the right to the best start in their academic journey. Staff and governors are committed to providing a curriculum that is rooted in providing the knowledge, vocabulary and skills that pupils will need to become aspirational young people and valuable members of their local community.

Our academy enjoys a very happy and positive relationship with parents and carers, whose opinions are sought and valued.

Pupils leave our academy as responsible, respectful learners who are equipped for the next stage in their academic life.
