Dream Big and Achieve
Northfleet School for Girls is a vibrant and caring school with a great community feel. Over recent years we have been growing rapidly (62% increase in student roll since 2017) and we believe this is down to the following key areas:
- A real passion to develop the whole student as well as achieve excellent academic progress
- A dedicated staffing team who really care and a clear commitment by leaders to staff wellbeing
- Great student behaviour and engagement, allowing staff and students to flourish
Our vision is that all students should "dream big and achieve" through the following:
- High expectations in all aspects of school life including uniform, attendance, behaviour and academic achievement
- Working together through truly valuing a positive working relationship with staff, students, and parents
- Enjoying the journey, we strongly believe that all involved in our community can enjoy being at our school and create lasting positive memories
