At Northampton Academy, we believe that your personal time should be uninterrupted by work, therefore we have a no email communication rule from 5.00pm to 7.30am during the week, and no emails over the weekend. We also have a ‘flexi-working’ policy where every teaching member of staff can make use of a morning or afternoon off each week to allow them to pursue activities that they enjoy.
