I feel incredibly proud to be the head teacher of Norley CE Primary School and to be part of a dedicated team where the education and happiness of the children is our priority. We have created an environment based on Christian Values where every member of our school is encouraged to 'Be the light..' This vision is reflected in everything we do and based on Matthew 5: 14-16 'You are the light of the world'.

At Norley we value teaching your children and we keep up with the latest initiatives in order to give the children the best possible start in their education and firm foundations on which to build. We are proud of our thematic curriculum that encourages creativity and collaborative working. We recognise that children are individuals and have different styles of learning - and therefore we adapt our teaching accordingly. This allows all children to flourish and achieve their full potential.

In April 2024 we joined Chester Diocesan Academies Trust (CDAT). The reason for this was to collaborate with like minded schools. CDAT wants every child to experience 'life in all its fullness': to have outstanding learning opportunities; opportunities to act, sing, dance, play sport and be artistic; opportunities to make lifelong friendships, help those in need and become full and rounded individuals; opportunities to develop and pursue ambitions. In short, they want the very best for all of our children.

Our staff, governors, parents and the church work together to ensure our children receive the best possible education, enabling them to develop spiritually, emotionally, socially and academically. The children of Norley CE Primary School are exceptional and we feel lucky to be a part of their education and future.
