On behalf of the team, I am pleased to welcome you to our careers page at MyNewTerm.

As a mathematics teacher, it was at the point I decided to apply for teaching positions that I encountered the frustrating and repetitive process to apply for school vacancies on individualised, often poorly formatted, application forms. I just thought there must be a better way and MyNewTerm was born.

Following formal launch to schools in Luton, we have subsquently gone on to become the leading Appliant Tracking System in the education sector partnering with hundreds of Multi-academy trusts and thousands of schools.

It makes me incredibly proud to have empowered tens of thousands of candidates to easily apply direct to schools online via our standardised, fully Keeping Children Safe in Education online application process. MyNewTerm provides schools and multi-academy trusts with an efficient system to easily advertise opportunities, showcase as an employer or choice and manage all candidate applications online using our highly innovative recruitment software. 

We are currently experiencing significant levels of growth with new schools & MATs coming onboard every week along with hundreds of thousands of candidates applying directly to schools via the system every year. We are particularly excited about the launch of our brand new iOS/Android App!

We are a close knit team and care deeply about making a difference. If you join our Software Engineering team you will be developing features used by tens of thousands of users every week - it is hugely rewarding! By joining our sales, operations and marketing teams you will be at the forefront of the action communicating with customers daily to provide the highest levels of service - something we care deeply about.
