Mowmacre Hill Primary School is a mixed 3-11 school with approximately 400 children on roll. We serve the Northwest of Leicester City.  The priority area is the Mowmacre Hill council estate and the edge of the Beaumont Leys area. The school is comprised of 8 KS2 classes, 4 KS1 classes and 3 foundation classes offering part time and full-time places.

Mowmacre Hill Primary has high aspirations and is determined to provide the very best opportunities for children.

The school has a close family atmosphere and all adults are part of a hardworking team dedicated to children's needs. We have a dedicated team of teachers and learning support staff working in our classrooms and behaviour/ attendance mentors supporting children across the school.

Our school values centre around four key areas – ‘Aspiration’, ‘Fortitude’, ‘Unity’, and ‘Innovation.’ We divide all our children into four ‘Houses’ named after these values and we meet regularly, allowing children of all ages across the school to work together on a shared theme.
