About Manorside Academy
Manorside Academy has a PAN of 420 with 391 students currently on roll. Manorside Academy joined Authentic Education in 2015 and educates boys and girls aged between 4 and 11. We have a nursery onsite called Little Ambers for children aged between 3 and 4.
Our Vision.
Here we look after the children as if they were our own. We are passionate about ensuring that every child reaches their potential and that they leave us ready for Secondary School – the next stage in their journey.
We have an in-depth understanding of our individuals’ abilities enabling us to cater for each of their needs, supporting them to become successful learners. Our children thrive due to our careful planning of the curriculum, ensuring all children enjoy challenging activities.
Our Ethos.
At Manorside, we combine high expectations with love, care and respect. We want our children to be ambitious for their future, to aim for greatness and to achieve it. We understand that some children may experience some barriers to their learning. The team at Manorside work hard with the pupils and their parents to remove these to ensure that every child succeeds.
Our inclusion team dedicate themselves to promoting confident and independent children through nurturing and matching the needs of the children to their abilities. We enable each child to fulfil his/her potential, within a culture of praise and encouragement.
We are committed to working with parents and carers and other professionals to support the needs of pupils in our care and work with a wide range of services including:
