Leeds East Academy

Our vision, Everyone Exceptional, reflects our belief in the potential of every individual in our community. We expect all students to demonstrate this in the way they conduct themselves around the academy, in their attitude towards learning, and in the ambitions they set for their future. By holding high standards and encouraging every young person to aim for excellence, we create a culture where everyone is supported to thrive and succeed.

We have a firm belief that every child can and will perform highly and are able to excel both academically and personally within the right climate and culture. We have worked closely with our academy community to achieve this and were pleased to have this reaffirmed by OFSTED in 2024 where they identified; ‘This is a welcoming and inclusive school. There are high ambitions for all pupils. The school nurtures pupils so they have the self-belief and resilience to succeed, whatever their background.  We believe this is what makes Leeds East Academy different, and such a special community to be a part of!
