About Langley School
- Access to a range of pension options for Academic Staff and to the Royal London Defined Contribution Scheme for Support Staff
- Group Life Assurance (GLA) for all eligible staff providing three x Annual Salary (Death in Service benefit) where not covered by pension arrangements
- Occupational Sick Pay for all staff, providing six weeks of full pay and six weeks of half pay in a rolling 12-month period
