Landau Forte College Derby is a high-achieving Secondary Academy and Sixth Form in Derby, part of Landau Forte Charitable Trust, a family of six Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form academies across the Midlands.

Opened in 1992 and turned into an academy in 2005, Landau Forte College has been rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2012, and it continues to provide a great standard of education and enrichment opportunities for all its students.

We hold outstanding teaching and learning at the centre of everything we do, aiming to inspire, engage, and challenge our young people to be the best they can be for themselves and their community.

This is a vision we share with our Trust, having only the highest aspirations for our young people as they progress through their education. We want to develop confident and independent learners, offering ample opportunities for both academic and vocational courses in our Sixth Form.
