About Landau Forte Academy Tamworth Sixth Form

Welcome to our Sixth Form.

Landau Forte Academy Tamworth Sixth Form is a dynamic and highly aspirational Sixth Form in Tamworth, part of Landau Forte Charitable Trust, a family of six Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form academies across the Midlands.

Opened in 2011 and now catering to over 500 students from across Tamworth and its surrounding areas, our Sixth Form has achieved a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating thanks to a rich and varied curriculum, personalised support and career guidance.

Our impressive facilities mean that we can cater for students’ different talents, hobbies and interests. From our performing arts theatre and sports pitches to the library and private study areas, students have the space to discover and develop who they want to be.

We share our vision and values with our Trust, having only the highest aspirations for our young people as they progress through their education. We want to develop confident and independent learners, offering vocational training alongside academic courses.

We put our students’ learning, wellbeing and happiness at the centre of every decision we make, and we believe that each and every one of our staff plays a vital role in bringing our values to life.

Working at Landau Forte Academy Tamworth Sixth Form means having the opportunity to inspire, develop and encourage learners to be the best they can be.

  • Offering extensive wellbeing support and benefits to all members of staff.
